Côte d’Ivoire is constructing a 37km metro line in Abidjan, linking the Anyama Centre to the airport.
The metro line includes 18 stations, 24 bridges, 1 viaduct, 34 pedestrian walkways and 8 underground passages.
It will create 6,000 jobs and transport 540,000 passengers daily in seven municipalities namely Anyama, Abobo, Adjamé, Plateau, Treichville, Marcory and Port-Bouët.
