A new video has just emerged showing Ousman Abdoul Moumouni (Bazoum’s former advisor) in a video announcing the formation of a new group called the Conseil de la Resistance pour la République (CRR).
They announce that they will oppose the new military leadership to restore President Bazoum to power “by carrying out actions”.
The CRR calls on the military to arrest the mutineers and Tchiani in particular.
