A certified medical doctor and CEO of Telemed Clinic has taken to Twitter to debunk the myth that swallowing sperm can help with weight gain. The doctor, known on Twitter as @FirstDoctor, stated that there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. In a tweet posted on his handle, he wrote:

“Stop swallowing sperm to add weight. Stop swallowing sperm to add weight. Swallowing sperm will never make you gain weight because sperm has little calories.”

The doctor went on to explain that one teaspoon of sperm contains only about 10 calories.

“You will need to swallow 5 litres of semen per day to get fat.” He added.

The tweet has since gone viral on social media, with many expressing surprise at the revelation and thanking @FirstDoctor for setting the record straight.

The doctor’s statement serves as a reminder of the importance of relying on credible sources of information and seeking professional advice before making health decisions.
